Shipping Policy
1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Anime Cards and more is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
2. Refused Shipments (Refusal of Duty Payment)
If you refuse a shipment due to import duties, taxes, or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. Please be aware that in the event of a refused shipment:

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges incurred by the return process will be deducted from your total refund.

The remaining balance will be refunded once the package is returned to us and inspected for its original condition.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at hiro@ncrs.jp immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
